This policy explains how Aurum Tech Services ("AurumTS", "we") handles personal data in Sir, Post and on this website. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and collect only what we need.
What we collect

Secrets
Values you mark as Secret in environments are encrypted on our servers, hidden from viewers, masked in history, and never included in exports, backups or forks.
Requests you send
When you press Send, the request goes from our servers to the address you entered. We store it in your history for 30 days so you can see it again. We do not read your requests or responses except when you ask us for support or when needed to stop abuse.
Website analytics without cookies
This website counts page visits per day and which website sent the visitor. We do not use cookies for this, do not store your IP address, and do not build a profile of you. Automated browsers are not counted.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The app keeps your sign-in token in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in.
Who else processes data
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that sign-ups and contact messages come from a person. Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser signals for this check.
- Our email provider delivers verification, invite and reset emails.
- Our hosting provider runs the servers that store the data.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep data
- Account data: while your account is open.
- Request history: 30 days.
- Contact messages: as long as needed to answer and follow up, then deleted.
- Waitlist: until the apps ship and we have told you, or until you ask us to remove you.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent to optional uses such as the waitlist. You can export your collections at any time from the app. To make a request or raise a grievance, contact us with the topic Privacy or security. We reply within 30 days.
Security
We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, encrypted secrets, rate limits, and role-based access inside workspaces. If you find a security issue, please tell us through the contact form with the topic Privacy or security.
Children
The Service is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date, and tell you if the changes are significant.
